Helen Campbell

  • Recipient of the Julia Child Fund at the Boston Foundation Independent Study Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded internationally to a culinary professional with a demonstrated commitment to advancing his or her skills as a writer, educator or researcher in the culinary arts with a concentration on French food, history and tradition.

  • A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, N.Y. Twenty years experience in catering and nutritional consulting in New York, Brisbane and Sydney.

  • Fifteen years experience in Immunology and Cancer Research in Australia, Switzerland, France and New York.
