Join Head Chef James Metcalfe in this new initiative for 2009 by bringing the family along for the Week of Tastes at Etch.

Enjoy a 2 or 3 course menu consisting of interactive components for your children to taste, smell and learn. Kids will learn how to roll pastry, make pineapple sorbet and pineapple jelly and be taught the art of painting a plate with caramel.

Main course
Cauliflower and macaroni cheese
Slow braised lamb shanks with sweet potato purée

Price: 2 courses $50, 3 courses $60 per person. Children 1/2 price.
