"The destiny of nations depends on how they nourish themselves" - Brillat Savarin

The Week of Tastes is a week of fun filled interactive taste experiences based on the highly successful Week
of Tastes
programs in France, Switzerland, Belgium and the USA.

The Week of Tastes addresses some of the common food issues faced by today's children. Dinner time can often be a source of anxiety for parents as children refuse to eat healthy and new foods. The Week of Tastes addresses these issues by placing the children in direct contact with food through a range of different "taste activities."

The Week of Tastes allows children:
  • to discover the world of flavours.
  • understand how the five senses are used to appreciate food.
  • enrich their food vocabulary.
  • develop curiosity and a positive attitude towards experiencing new foods.
  • and learn the link between food and good health.
