Our daughter goes to the local Hunters Hill school in year 4 and loves coming to the restaurant to enjoy the fine dining experience. Her favourite dish is the lime crème brulee and so that is an obvious choice for the Week of Tastes Menu.

She is looking forward to Jaspers' chef Martin Stacey coming to her school for a cooking and tasting demonstration during the Week of Tastes. This will also include the crème brulee.
