From Homer
to Tselementes to Calombaris, this will be a feast of greek cuisine
through the ages with an emphasis on food and its role - not only greek
history but its influences outside of its borders.
The banquet will be a journey from
ancient to modern time. It will be served with a souvenir menu which
will have historic and trivial facts for the kids. And each child will
receive a chefs cap to take home!
